What does AUROORCH provide?
Energy software and AI for inverter and storage brands: a smart datalogger, an installer and homeowner APP with Sera, HEMS energy management and an O&M Platform. AI Sales & Service, with Iris built in, is available separately.
We already have an APP or platform. Can we start with one module?
Yes. You can start with Sera, the installation assistant, energy planning or the service assistant. We review interfaces, data and permissions first.
Can the APP carry our brand?
Brand identity and delivery requirements can be discussed as part of the project scope.
How do we get started?
Pick one product line and a set of real tasks. We set a baseline together, agree the pass criteria and decide the launch scope from the results.

Do you make the datalogger?
Supplier dataloggers can be evaluated for your target models. Supply, warranty and return handling require an approved agreement; no hardware warranty is granted by this page.
How do we discuss device integration?
Share the target model, firmware and protocol material. Integration scope and validation requirements are confirmed during project evaluation.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Offline behaviour depends on the target firmware and local protection. Freshness gates constrain supported cloud control; they do not guarantee power continuity or a particular local strategy.
AI and safety
Can Sera control devices directly?
A sentence is not authorization. Supported operations require the applicable confirmation, permissions and device-evidence gates. Preview, receipt, execution and read-back must be verified separately.
What if Sera gets something wrong?
Answers show their sources and data time. When information is missing, Sera asks or hands off to a person. Conclusions about faults and responsibility are confirmed by engineers.
How much can HEMS save?
It depends on the market: metering, tariffs, net-metering rules and household goals. We don’t promise a fixed saving rate; we measure net benefit in a pilot against your current strategy, with the same hardware and constraints.
Data and deployment
How do you keep the service reliable?
Deployment and monitoring have implementation and test records. Recovery, service levels and production acceptance must be verified for the actual customer environment.
AI Sales & Service
Does the sales and service workspace require Energy Management?
Iris is introduced as an independent product. Contact us by email to discuss specific workflows and demonstration scope.
Which channels does the workspace support?
External channels require connector configuration, provider permissions and project acceptance. Their formal commercial availability has not been established by the website tests; website v1.0 uses email contact.
Will AI-hosted replies make commitments on price?
No. Prices, technical conclusions and commitments follow your rules and are confirmed by authorized staff.
How is the workspace deployed?
In your own cloud, or in a dedicated environment we host and maintain.
